As a Security Officer at Queen Queen Marys Hospital Roehampton, you’ll play a key role in protecting patients, staff, visitors, and hospital facilities.No two days are the same, and each shift brings fresh challenges and real opportunities to make a difference in people’s lives.

What You’ll Do:
Deliver a welcoming and safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff
Monitor and respond to alarms, CCTV systems, and patrol the site
Escort valuable items and maintain secure handling protocols
Ensure accurate documentation of incidents and daily logs
Assist with managing hospital access and ID systems
Support nursing staff in escorting patients to various departments
Respond to emergencies swiftly and professionally
Monitor car park operations, ensure compliance, and handle parking disputes
Report safety hazards and maintain a clean and secure environment
What You Bring:
A holder of a valid SIA Licence
Customer-focused with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Experienced in working in a security or healthcare setting (preferred)
Reliable, punctual, and calm under pressure
Able to respond quickly and effectively to incidents or emergencies
Skilled in report writing with good IT and admin abilities
Flexible to work a variety of shifts including nights and weekends
