SEND Teacher – Secondary – Complex Needs – South Birmingham A forward-thinking special school in South Birmingham is seeking a passionate SEND Teacher to join their dedicated team, teaching Key Stage 3 and 4 students with a range of complex needs. As a SEND Teacher, you will deliver creative and personalised lessons to small groups of students, many of whom have Autism, Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD), communication challenges, and additional complex needs. Working closely with experienced teaching assistants, therapists, and the school’s leadership team, you will create a safe, supportive, and engaging environment where every learner can succeed. Working collaboratively with teaching assistants and specialist staff. Building strong relationships with students, parents, and external agencies.
