The post holder will manage all resourcing activities for junior (trainee and non-trainee) medical staff within the Trust, including advertising, planning, maintaining personal files, and onboarding new employees. They will work collaboratively with hiring managers across the Trust to support the medical recruitment process, providing advice, support, and training as needed.
The post holder will liaise with Senior Clinicians, HR Business Partners, and Group Managers to lead recruitment initiatives and ensure all checks are completed in line with NHS employment standards.

The Medical Workforce team will provide support to ensure an efficient, comprehensive, and timely medical recruitment service. These roles involve providing administrative support to the wider Medical Workforce team.
Responsibilities include creating adverts, organising interview schedules, maintaining accurate filing systems, updating data in recruitment systems, and undertaking pre-employment checks for non-training grade medics.
Applicants should have excellent customer service skills, proficiency in Word and Excel, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and deadlines. Previous recruitment experience or knowledge of NHS pre-employment standards is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
