We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join the KJL Group, a well-established MSP with over 30 years’ experience supporting businesses across the UK.
You will be working across a wide range of client environments, supporting users, troubleshooting issues, and helping deliver reliable, high-quality technical support services.
What you will be doing:
* Supporting hardware, software, and network environments
* Troubleshooting and resolving IT issues (1st/2nd line)
* Working closely with internal teams to deliver excellent service
* Communicating clearly with clients and users
What we are looking for:
* 3+ years minimum Experience in providing IT support (ideally within an MSP environment)
* Strong troubleshooting skills across desktop, network & Microsoft environments (i.e. Azure)
* Strong communication skills with a client-first mindset
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ideal Qualifications:
* Microsoft / CompTIA / Cisco certifications
