Randstad is actively searching for a dependable and experienced geography teacher to join us in supporting secondary schools in the Blackpool area. We're looking for an exceptional Geography Teacher who not only loves inspiring students with the wonders of geography but also possesses the skills to make the subject come alive in the classroom. The ideal candidate will excel in delivering captivating lessons, fostering a positive learning atmosphere, and ensuring students have the resources they need to succeed academically.
Essential qualities include strong classroom management, punctuality, reliability, and a commitment to contributing to curriculum planning and development. A genuine enthusiasm for teaching, experience up to Key Stage 3/4, and qualifications equivalent to QTS/PGCE are required. Salary: £140.00 - £220.00 per day

8. Demonstrate a solid understanding of the curriculum
9. Be punctual and reliable
10. Deliver well-planned, challenging, and purposeful lessons
11. Encourage self-directed learning and integrate technology into teaching
12. Use assessment data to inform lesson planning
13. Assign and promptly grade homework
14. Ensure high-quality teaching and learning experiences
