* Leading change and high‑performance teams
* Partnering closely with HR, Business Services and senior stakeholders across the firm
What you’ll bring

* A formal coaching qualification (essential) with 5+ years’ coaching experience at senior level
* Experience delivering or leading Assessment & Development Centres
* Strong grounding in business and management theory, with a commercial mindset
* Confidence, credibility and the ability to influence at Partner level
* A passion for helping others grow, perform and lead with impact
* Digital learning experience and a continuous improvement mindset
Why this role stands out
* Genuine opportunity to influence culture, leadership and performance firm‑wide
* Exposure to senior decision‑makers in a respected professional services environment
* A values‑driven, inclusive workplace with a strong commitment to responsible business
* Hybrid working (typically 60/40 office and remote)
* Part‑time flexibility without compromising seniority or impact
