The Technical Coordinator role:
A well established, award winning housing developer are looking for a Technical Coordinator/Technician to join their growing team based in the Breckland area. The majority of the work will be in and around the Norfolk vicinity and you will report to the Technical Manager/Senior Engineer, ensuring the company carries out its contractual responsibilities for coordination of construction details, managing the flow of design information and working on projects from Pre-Construction to final handover.
The Technical Coordinator role is Engineering biased so you must have a strong Engineering background to be considered for this position. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has a minimum of 12 months experience working as an Engineer or Technical Coordinator on housing projects. You will be working in an excellent team environment with exposure and opportunities to progress within the business. Excellent Design software skills related to house building is essential to be considered for the position.
To be considered for the Technical Coordinator position:
1. Degree qualified in Construction or Engineering related field
2. Experience working directly for or alongside a house builder
3. At least 12 months experience working as an Engineer or Coordinator
4. Engineering experience essential
