Visitor Insights Analyst to join our busy Business Analysis Team. This pivotal role turns data into strategic insight, helping us understand our audiences, improve the visitor experience, and strengthen commercial performance across admissions, retail, catering, venue hire and more. Responsibilities
* Transform complex data into meaningful insight that guides strategic and operational decisions across Heritage Services.
* Analyse visitor behaviour, commercial performance, CRM data, sentiment and external benchmarks; produce forecasts, reports and models that support audience development and income growth.
* Present findings in an accessible way to non-technical audiences and contribute to business planning, research projects and market analysis.
* Manage multiple datasets, meet tight deadlines, and occasionally deputise for the Senior Business Analyst.
* Ensure Heritage Services makes evidence-based decisions that balance commercial priorities with audience needs.
Qualifications
* Strong analytical skills, supported by professional training or practical experience.
* Advanced Excel is essential.
* Experience with tools such as Power BI, SQL or CRM systems is an advantage.
* Ability to build models, interpret data and combine financial and audience insights to produce accurate analysis.
* Effective communicator who can explain complex findings clearly to colleagues at all levels.
* Curious, organised and proactive; thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys collaborative problem solving.
* An interest in visitor attractions, culture or heritage can provide valuable context for decision-making.
