Are you ready to lead a team that shapes the future of our district? We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our high-performing Development Management team. Our team of Planning Officers and Technical/Administrative Support Staff work together to ensure that every development respects and enhances our environment.
As a Team Manager, you will lead planners and enforcement officers. You won't carry a caseload, but your role is crucial in supporting and managing the team towards achieving performance targets and excellence.

Candidate Requirements
* A relevant degree/diploma in Town and Country Planning and RTPI membership.
* Extensive Development Management experience, including rural and urban projects.
* Excellent people skills and experience in performance management.
* Ability to lead and motivate a team.
