**HR Generalist** to join our UK Semiconductor Manufacturing site based in Hazel Grove Stockport. You will be employed on a 12‐month fixed term contract, providing people focused support on a site with 1000+ employees across Manufacturing, R&D and support functions. Nexperia UK is seeking a proactive and committed As an HR Generalist, you’ll play a key role in shaping a fair, consistent and people centred HR environment. You will manage ER casework, guiding managers on best practice, and supporting conciliation and early dispute resolution.
