1. Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours/week) with flexible scheduling
About the Role: Join our proactive team in a critical role managing and growing our public sector recruitment services. As a Key Account Specialist, you'll be pivotal in delivering high-quality, efficient recruitment solutions, ensuring client satisfaction and driving profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
* Forge strong relationships to deeply understand client needs.
* Strategically design and execute recruitment plans.
* Conduct candidate interviews and assessments.
* Manage client interactions including feedback and performance reviews.
* Uphold compliance with legal standards and company policies.
Who You Are:
* Experience: At least 6 months in account management or recruitment.
* Education: GCSEs in English & Maths (A-C), Business Admin Level 3 (preferred).
* Skills: Excellent communication abilities, proficient in IT, proven problem-solving capacity.
* Traits: Effective multitasker, resilient under pressure, investigative and grievance handling experience a plus.
