Senior HR Systems Advisor – 6 months FTCMilton Keynes £50,000-£52,000Hybrid- 3 days WFHAbout the ClientMy client operates in the Energy industry, and they are seeking a proactive and experienced Senior HR Systems Advisor to join their collaborative HR team on a 6 month contract.About the JobThis role will support the delivery of operational HR services across the full employee lifecycle. They will play a key role in coaching line managers, overseeing employee relations cases, and supporting strategic HR initiatives.A key focus of this role will be supporting on HR systems implementation, so you’ll need to be confident working with HR data, reporting and system/process improvement.Duties will include:Partnering with line managers on all aspects of employee development and people managementAdvising on complex HR matters and managing escalations effectivelySupporting performance, compensation, and development processesManaging ER cases to ensure compliance with employment legislationEnsuring HR systems data is accurate, up to date, and supports effective reportingSupporting and contributing to HR system implementation projects, including testing, data validation and process updatesProducing and interpreting people data to support decision-making, identifying trends and insightsUsing Excel and analytics to create reports, dashboards, and meaningful MI for stakeholdersAbout the Successful ApplicantYou will ideally be CIPD qualified or studying towards Level 5. You will be an established HR Advisor with broad HR generalist experience. Strong UK employment law knowledge, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities are essential.You will also need:Proven experience supporting or contributing to HR systems implementation (HRIS or similar)Strong data/analytics capability with confidence producing HR metrics and insightAdvanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data cleansing, reporting)Please reach out to lucy-emma@wademacdonald.com
