Executive Assistant - Global Consultancy – Victoria
Busy challenging role, high level of responsibility and managing projects from start to finish.

* Based – Victoria.

* Hybrid – 3 days in the office / 2wfh.

* You will be supporting on a 1:1 or 1:2 basis with high levels of responsibility, as well as dealing with highly confidential information.

Duties:
\t
* Heavy diary management and scheduling across multiple time-zones.
\t
* Booking travel and accommodation.
\t
* Preparation of documentation and reports – working to multiple deadlines.
\t
* Updating the database with relevant information.
\t
* First point of contact for all incoming communications.
The Ideal Candidate:

* Previous relevant experience within a professional services environment.
\t
* Highly organised and able to meet tight deadlines.
\t
* Excellent team player with a positive outlook.
\t
* Able to pick up new systems and processes quickly.
\t
* Proactive, flexible and able to keep calm whilst under pressure.
\t
* Excellent communication skills working in a client focussed environment and building up strong relationships.
