A leading company within the coffee solutions sector has a newly created opportunity for a Coffee Field Service Engineer to join the team. They are ideally looking for an engineer based in the East London or Essex region, offering up to £38k basic, depending on experience. Responsibilities
* Report to the Service Manager and control the installation, maintenance, service, and repairs of high‑end traditional and bean‑to‑cup coffee machines on various customers around East London and Essex.
* Manage your own work progress, ensuring all relevant paperwork is completed accurately.
* Attend regular training courses to maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of equipment.
* Act as an active team player sustaining the company's prestigious reputation.
* Find, diagnose, and rectify faults, and undertake preventive maintenance on a wide range of coffee equipment at customer sites.
Requirements
* Experience with traditional espresso machines and bean‑to‑cup systems is essential.
* Strong electro‑mechanical background.
* Desired experience with one or more of the following brands: La Marzocco, Rancilio, Expobar, Wega, Fracino, Iberital, La Spaziale, Faema.
* IT literate and comfortable using modern technology.
* Full UK driving licence.
* Candidates from catering equipment, vending machines, white goods, or general electro‑mechanical backgrounds will also be considered.
