Conference & Reviews Support Officer needed in Oldham - Paying £14.75 per hr ref 0009 FD61 /1
Full-time hours on a temporary basis
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and schedule Child Protection Conferences and Looked After Reviews, including venue arrangements and attendee communications.
* Welcome and support families and professionals attending meetings.
* Collate, distribute, and manage sensitive documentation in a timely and secure manner.
* Accurately minute meetings and record outcomes on the case management system—records may be used in legal proceedings.
* Analyse and validate service information, following up on missing or unclear data.
* Maintain and update internal systems and spreadsheets, producing reports and using formulas where needed.
* Support the development and maintenance of office systems and ensure compliance checks are completed.
* Investigate discrepancies and propose solutions.
* Provide excellent customer service and uphold anti-discriminatory practices.
* Respond to complex queries and draft routine correspondence.
* Assist with complaint investigations and escalate where appropriate.
* Work flexibly to meet tight deadlines and shifting priorities.
* Contribute to continuous improvement and identify training needs.
