Role Summary

As a Lead Insights Delivery Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients with high-quality, timely and commercially meaningful data insights.


Sitting within the Data Team and reporting to the Data Director, you will lead a small team of analysts responsible for managing client relationships, resolving data-related issues, and delivering scheduled insight outputs.


You will serve as the bridge between clients and internal technical teams - ensuring clients receive clear, accurate and timely insights, while collaborating within Reward to proactively troubleshoot data issues and uphold the highest standards of data quality. The role blends hands-on analysis, operational oversight, and client-facing delivery.


This is a new position designed to elevate client satisfaction, strengthen internal delivery processes, and enhance the commercial impact of our insight products.


Responsibilities

Client Insight Delivery

* Lead the end-to-end delivery of scheduled data and insight outputs for clients, ensuring 100% on-time and high-quality delivery
* Act as the primary point of contact for client insight queries, clarifying requirements, resolving issues and ensuring strong ongoing engagement
* Translate data findings into clear, actionable insights tailored to client needs and commercial objectives
* Present insight outputs to stakeholders in a confident, clear and commercially-minded way.


Data Quality & Troubleshooting

* Investigate and resolve client data issues by analysing root causes and coordinating with internal data engineering and analytics teams
* Embed strong quality control processes and conduct rigorous quality checks on data extracts, reports and insight deliverables to ensure accuracy and consistency
* Monitor data pipelines and processes to identify anomalies and proactively prevent issues before they impact clients.


Analysis & Insight Generation

* Perform deep-dive analysis into data trends, behaviours and performance indicators to identify actionable opportunities for clients
* Use tools such as Python, Excel and AWS-based datasets to produce robust, insightful analysis
* Maintain and continuously improve insight methodologies, documentation and delivery processes.


Leadership & Team Management

* Lead, coach and support a small team of analysts, fostering motivation, ownership and high performance
* Allocate workloads, oversee delivery schedules and ensure analysts have clear priorities and development opportunities
* Promote a culture of commercial awareness, curiosity and continuous improvement within the team.


Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

* 3+ years of experience in insight delivery, data analysis, or a client-facing analytics role
* Proven ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights and recommendations
* Hands-on experience with Python, Excel and AWS-based datasets (S3, Glue), SQL Server
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy
* Demonstrated experience supporting or managing clients, including resolving data issues and handling queries
* Familiarity with operational insight delivery processes (SLAs, workflows, quality checks)
* Experience leading or mentoring analysts, or operating as a team lead.

* Fast, proactive and solutions-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Strong ownership, accountability and drive for continuous improvement.
