In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the business operations of our dealership, driving both sales performance and team productivity while ensuring a top-notch experience for our customers.

Hours - 40
Salary - £30,000 Plus OTE Bonus Plus Company Car
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute business strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
* Lead, coach, and support the sales team to enhance performance and customer satisfaction
* Analyse sales data to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency improvements
* Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
* Enhance the dealership's reputation by maintaining high standards of customer service
* Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and improve customer offerings
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
* Previous experience as a Business Manager or in a similar leadership role within the automotive sector
* Strong understanding of retail business operations and sales processes
* Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on team development and performance enhancement
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to interpret sales data and make informed strategic decisions
* Customer-focused approach with a passion for providing exceptional service
* Valid UK driving licence
