Who We Are
At Keylink, we're more than a leading supplier to chocolatiers and food professionals - we're a team passionate about quality, creativity, and doing things the right way.
We believe in long-term relationships, sustainable practices, and continuous improvement, and we work with people who care deeply about their impact and want to be part of something meaningful. We're collaborative, forward-thinking, and grounded in values that put customers, people, and product integrity first.
We're looking for someone who shares that mindset - someone who thrives on learning, takes initiative, and wants to shape how things are done, not just maintain them.
Who you are
You don't just place orders — you think three steps ahead.
You're a sharp, commercially-minded Purchasing Executive who is equally comfortable deep in a spreadsheet or on the phone with a supplier. If you love digging into numbers, tracking trends, and finding better ways to manage stock, suppliers, and systems - this is your chance to shape how things work, not just follow what's always been done.
* You've got experience in purchasing, stock management, or supply chain.
* You're comfortable working with ERP systems and Excel - and probably already thinking of ways to make reports smarter and processes slicker.
* You know that strong supplier relationships matter - and you know how to build them.
* You care about the detail but you're motivated by the bigger picture - getting the right product, in the right place, at the right time.
* You're organised, commercially aware, and thrive on keeping things running on time and on target.
* You spot inefficiencies and think “there's a better way to do this.”
