Candidate Profile
We are looking for ambitious sales professionals with:
· 3-5 years of successful sales experience across these NHS departments; colorectal / general surgery / endo surgery / stapling / ENT / energy.
· Experience selling capital equipment into hospitals/theatres
· A proven track record of exceeding sales targets
· Drive, resilience, and excellent communication skills
· Full UK driving licence

Salary: £50,000-£60,000 basic + uncapped £20,000-£40,000 bonus
Car: Fully expensed company car + fuel card

The Role
As a Capital Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving new business and growing accounts across Central London & South Thames. You will sell a portfolio of advanced surgical imaging systems, working closely with surgeons, consultants, theatre managers, and procurement teams in both NHS and private hospitals.
This is a consultative, solution-led sales role with full product training provided. Your success will come from your ability to uncover opportunities, build strong relationships, and close new business.
Package
· Basic salary: £50,000-£60,000
· Uncapped bonus: £20,000-£40,000
