We are pleased to be recruiting for a motivational and inspirational Tenancy Support Services Manager to join our team. You will be based in our London office with potential to travel to other offices as required. As a regional manager of the Tenancy Support Services Team, you will oversee a dedicated team of officers who assist customers in claiming benefits, maximising their income, and supporting with tenancy-related matters. Your team includes Welfare Benefit Officers and Tenancy Sustainment Officers. Strong management skills are essential, along with experience in housing and a basic understanding of benefits such as Universal Credit and Housing Benefit. We strive not just to maintain the status quo, but to continuously improve. In this role, you will work closely with numerous teams across Abri to achieve these goals. Interviews will be taking place at our London offices Emily House on the 25th/26th March 2026. General knowledge and awareness of relevant benefits available to our customers including Universal Credit, Housing Benefit and Council Tax Support, ESA, Tax credits, PIP/DLA, Attendance Allowance, Pension Credits, JSA, Carer’s Allowance, Child Benefit, Income Support would be useful. Proven experience of housing legislation including a knowledge of all tenures, allocations, income recovery and anti-social behaviour. Effective time management skills. Able to work effectively under pressure and constantly re-organise priorities. Evidence of ability to use Microsoft Office suites including an in-depth knowledge of excel including ability to maintain data bases, analyse statistical information, undertake research online and use other relevant sources of information to ensure data is kept up to date. An effective communicator at all levels, both verbally and in writing. Able to understand the needs of the business, team, and customers, including sensitive situations. Good interpersonal skills and experience of building effective professional relationships with both internal and external customers and other agencies. INDABRI
