Fencing Team Leader for a company based just outside Ledbury. Permanent job paying to £34,255.00 per year + 20 Days Holiday (and Bank Holidays), overtime, pension and company van.
As the Fencing Team Leader you will be:
* Responsible for and working alongside a small team of fencers.
* Installing timber, palisade and various metal fencing, hoarding and pedestrian gates.
* Responsible for completing weekly van checks.
* Working closely with Project Managers, Site Managers and Office Teams to ensure work is carried out efficiently, safely and to their high standards.
* Responsible for checking tools, overseeing team sign-ins and ensuring any necessary permits are secured.
To be considered as the Fencing Team Leader you will need:
* A minimum of two years fencing experience.
* Team leading experience.
* To enjoy working outside in all weather conditions.
* Ideally your CSCS card.
* Experience of fencing on new build housing sites.
* A driving licence.
