* Analyze data and the competitive landscape to identify commercial solutions to pricing challenges.
* Collaborate with business development teams and partners to support client pitches and propose optimal pricing strategies, including modeling and sensitivity testing.
* Maintain and review a database of ongoing fee arrangements with major clients, analyzing profitability trends and recommending revisions as needed.
* Stay informed of current pricing trends within the legal market and propose innovations to optimize pricing strategies.
* Benchmark existing rates using internal and market data to identify opportunities for improvement.
* Prepare detailed reports on pricing performance, trends, and recommendations for senior stakeholders and the Commercial Committee.
* Deliver commercial awareness training to partners and fee earners through formal sessions and day-to-day interactions.
* Support the annual budgeting process for designated practice areas.
* Perform other ad hoc duties as required.

Skills/experience required:
