�? Role Responsibilities
As an SEN Support Assistant, your role may involve:
* Providing tailored 1:1 and small-group support
* Assisting pupils with personalised learning programmes
* Supporting emotional regulation and social communication
* Working alongside teachers, SENCOs and pastoral staff
* Encouraging positive behaviour and routines in the classroom

* GCSE/O-Level qualifications or equivalent
* A driving licence (useful for certain school locations around Kettering)
