Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, ambitious and experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team and help drive our expansion and growth strategies.
You will play a critical role in ensuring the highest quality of our products and services, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing effective quality control processes. We are seeking a proactive professional with experience in quality assurance and a strong commitment to excellence.
Key responsibilities
* Support the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of an ISO 9001–compliant Quality Management System (QMS).
* Manage QA project tasks and timelines, ensuring deliverables are achieved efficiently.
* Provide training and guidance to internal stakeholders on QMS processes, procedures, tools, and best practices.
* Prepare and conduct internal quality audits in collaboration with the QA Manager.
* Support external audits and client requests (e.g., questionnaires, assessments, and visits).
* Propose, monitor, and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
* Facilitate working groups to harmonize quality practices and lead process improvement initiatives.
* Deliver regular reports and updates to leadership on QA performance, risks, and opportunities.
Requirements
* Proficiency in MS Office and solid understanding of ISO 9001 requirements.
* Demonstrable experience with ISO 9001 QMS implementation is highly desirable.
* Prior exposure to QA within the life sciences sector and/or auditing background is an advantage.
* Strong project and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and with external stakeholders.
* Self-motivated, autonomous, and proactive, with a continuous improvement mindset.
* Fluent in English; fluency in an additional language (French or Spanish preferred) is a plus.
