We are now seeking a Box Office Manager to join our dedicated team and oversee all aspects of ticketing operations for the club.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the day-to-day operations of the box office, ensuring the smooth processing of all ticket sales (online, phone, and in-person)
* Supervise and train box office staff, providing ongoing support and performance management
* Oversee customer service standards, ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless purchasing experience
* Coordinate with the Programming, Marketing, and Front of House teams regarding ticket allocations, seating plans, and show capacities
* Handle VIP and group bookings and maintain strong relationships with loyal customers and partners and members
* Ensure all systems and data comply with GDPR and internal privacy standards
About You
* Proven experience in a box office or ticketing management role within a live entertainment or arts venue
* Strong IT skills
* Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills
* Calm under pressure with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
* Passionate about live music—jazz knowledge a plus
* Able to work flexible hours, including weekends
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £18.00-£21.00 per hour
