Main Responsibilities
* Leading by example by delivering our customer engagement approach; you will create strong connections with customers through the brand history and high-performance formulas to secure brand loyalty to NARS and to you as an Artist.
* Coaching and developing the team, supporting management in developing the team, while driving the team to deliver on sales targets.
* Ensure you have the tools and training needed to deliver and inspire in coaching, artistry and customer service, so you can support the leadership of the team and take accountability.
Experience & Qualifications
* Experience in supervising a team
* Strong experience in artistry, ideally with a qualification
* Ability to communicate effectively with a team and lead
* Ability to drive KPIs and sales targets
* Excellent customer service skills
* Experience in coaching and developing others

Contract type: Permanent Contract, 37.5 hours per week over 5 days
