We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and a professional demeanour, ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment. Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring a well-organised workspace
* Handle incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
* Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records
* Assist with clerical duties including filing, typing, and document preparation
* Utilise Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications for various administrative tasks
* Maintain financial records using Xero, ensuring accuracy in all transactions
* Organise meetings and appointments, coordinating schedules effectively
Experience
* Previous office experience is essential, with a strong background in administrative roles preferred
* Proficiency in computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
* Familiarity with Xero is advantageous but not mandatory
* Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
* Strong typing skills with attention to detail in all written communications
* Experience in data entry and clerical tasks is highly valued
* Some knowledge in Construction industry would be an advantage
