Responsibilities Provide strategic advice, guidance, and support on Project HSSE matters. In conjunction with the T&D UK HSSE Manager, roll out Company HSSE objectives and develop specific HSSE objectives for their projects, as necessary. Roll out Company HSSE campaigns and initiatives. Monitor industry best practice to assist in the development of the above. Lead high potential (Level 1) incident investigations and provide support higher potential (Level 2) incident investigations including the generating of meaningful lessons learned, recorded as SMART corrective / preventative actions. Undertake visits to Project facilities and worksites and providing constructive reviews of the status. Develop and ensure the implementation of HSSE Management Plans. Provide regular performance reports to the Project Management team and T& D UK HSSE Manager. Undertake leading and lagging indicator analysis for the business and provide business-wide alerts to advise the business leadership of trends which cause concern. Provide an HSSE focal point for clients. Support bid and proposals and external audits
