We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Accountant to join our Investment Accounting team at Alderley Park.
About the role
The role is within the Investment Accounting team within Group Finance, which is responsible for accounting and valuation assurance over the investment assets of Royal London.
The role will involve:
* Assisting with the preparation of financial statements and reports in respect of the investment portfolio of assets.
* Supporting the month-end and year-end close processes
* Conducting investment data analysis and providing insights.
* Providing support for the implementation of investment projects
* Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
* Collaborating with different departments to gather financial data.
* Assist with provision of data for audits and response to queries.
This is a fantastic opportunity to build a strong foundation in investment accounting, working closely with experienced colleagues and contributing to the delivery of key finance objectives.
