* Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, site visits, networking, and referrals.
* Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients by providing ongoing support and service.
* Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts to potential customers.
* Educate customers on LPG products, usage, safety, and benefits.
* Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and feedback.
* Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely deliveries.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities.
* Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally
Qualifications:
* Matric certificate (Grade 12); tertiary qualification in Sales, Marketing, or Business is an advantage.
* Proven experience in sales, preferably in the LPG, gas, or energy sector.
* Valid driver’s license.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Goal-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
* Knowledge of LPG products and safety regulations is a plus.
