Senior Sales Manager
Siemens Energy – Gas Services – Distributed- Global Service Operations – Small Gas Turbines (SGT)
Location – Lincoln (Flexible for other UK locations with frequent travel to office)

We are looking for a high‑energy Senior Sales Manager to join our Global Service Operations (GSO) team in Lincoln. In this role, you will take ownership of order entry performance for our SGT aftermarket business across a defined region and installed fleet. You will operate at the centre of our global sales engine—translating customer needs into compelling service solutions that deliver measurable value for both our customers and Siemens Energy.

What You Bring
1. Educated to degree level or with relevant professional experience.
2. Proven experience in a customer-facing role with a strong sales orientation.
3. Natural relationship builder with excellent communication skills.
4. Strong negotiator with the ability to influence, persuade, and close.
5. Basic level of technical understanding of the SGT aftermarket portfolio
6. Able to articulate the value proposition across our service offerings.
7. Motivated, tenacious, and committed to achieving outstanding results.
8. Skilled user of SAP,, M&U SharePoint and Microsoft Office.
How You’ll Make an Impact
9. Drive forecasting and end-to-end order bookings for Standard Business and Modernisation & Upgrades (M&Us) within your assigned regions.
10. Lead the full sales cycle: quoting, negotiating, forecasting, and securing aftermarket product and service orders.
11. Promote all SGT Service Lines to regional entities and customers to build pipeline and market visibility.
12. Develop and execute strategic go-to-market plans in close partnership with the regional teams—focusing on profitable growth, market share expansion, and customer satisfaction.
13. Monitor competitor activity and develop regional win strategies to outperform rival offerings.
14. Ability to guide and sign post peers in support aftermarket sales activities
15. Build and strengthen relationships at all levels within customer organisations and regional entities.
16. Assess and manage commercial risks, coordinating with technical teams to resolve issues and protect business interests.
17. Engage in international travel as required to progress opportunities and build customer intimacy.
