Role Overview
Sales Colleague – Skegness. Permanent, full time or part time. 8‑39 hours per week with flexibility to work additional hours. Pay is £12.21 per hour plus an average bonus per hour of 89p, rising to £12.51 after the successful completion of the probation period.
As a retail sales colleague you will be welcomed into the team with a two‑to‑three‑day induction, gaining the skills and knowledge needed to sell, serve and support our customers.
Responsibilities
* Ask the right questions to match customers with products.
* Make every customer interaction memorable.
* Offer support services such as delivery, installation, recycling and payment options.
* Contribute to the overall sales performance of the store.
* Work across different departments and product ranges.
* Support store operations by completing operational tasks.
Qualifications
* Approachable and friendly.
* Keen to learn about the latest technology.
* Comfortable achieving personal sales, service and customer‑experience targets.
* Strong team player, confident working across all parts of the store and winning as a team.
