Job Opportunity : Stock Condition Surveyor
TSA Surveying are currently working in partnership with a prominent building consultancy looking to add a contract Stock Condition Surveyor to their team in Manchester
Role Overview
As a Stock Condition Surveyor, you will use a tablet to record the condition of various social housing properties.
Your responsibilities will include :
* Assessing the remaining lifespan of key components, such as kitchens and bathrooms
* Evaluating the exterior condition of the properties
* Applying the HHSRS (Housing Health and Safety Rating System) to identify health and safety risks at each location
Ideal Candidates :
* Experience in stock condition surveying or related fields
* Familiarity with the HHSRS system
* Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
* Ability to work efficiently using technology (tablets)
