Were seeking a multi-skilled Fabricator to join our growing engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for fabricating and assembling metal (predominantly stainless steel) components and structures according to technical drawings and/or specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Read and interpret engineering drawings (where supplied)
Cut, shape, and weld metal materials to precise measurements
Operate fabrication tools and machinery safely and efficiently
Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
Collaborate with engineers and other team members to meet project deadlines
About You:
Proven experience in metal fabrication or a related engineering trade
Proficient in MIG/TIG welding and general fabrication techniques although we predominantly TIG weld.
Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to carry out bench fitting with experience of using hand tools
Have a 'can do' attitude as the majority of our projects are bespoke to customers and one-off's.
Relevant qualifications or certifications in fabrication/welding, as well as experience of conveyor building are desirable.

4 Day Working Week
Working 37 hours per week over 4 days on a rolling shift pattern: Monday - Thursday 7.30am - 5.15pm then Tuesday - Friday 7.30am - 5.15pm, meaning every second weekend is a long weekend.
UK Driving Licence is essential.
Main workshop is based in Dumbarton however the successful candidate will be required to travel to/from client sites as requested.
