Role Summary:
The role of Executive Vendor Services will support the automated invoicing process by managing exceptions, following up with vendors, and assisting with simple issue resolution.
Contract: Permanent
Location: Gdynia, Poland (Remote - Poland only)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Independently handle standard vendor cases end-to-end in EyeShare.
2. Perform quality checks, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with process requirements.
3. Identify, log, and track vendor-related issues or discrepancies.
4. Resolve standard issues and escalate complex cases when required.
5. Ensure data accuracy and proper case status management in EyeShare.
6. Actively participate in process improvements and knowledge sharing.
7. Perform other tasks as assigned.
Candidate Requirements:
8. Good understanding of invoice processes and finance operations.
9. Experience handling standard vendor service cases end-to-end.
10. Knowledge of standard quality checks and service requirements.
11. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and business communication tools.
12. Prior experience in data entry, customer service, or admin support preferred.
13. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
14. Ability to work independently on standard cases.
15. Ability to follow structured workflows and standard processes.
16. Clear written and verbal communication.
