The Role Mechanical Project Manager Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of projects, our client is seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Newry (office & site-based), offering the opportunity to work across a range of commercial mechanical projects throughout the UK & Ireland. Key Responsibilities Manage mechanical projects from initial handover through to completion Oversee multiple projects across HVAC installations and mechanical fitout works Ensure all works are delivered in line with programme, budget, and quality standards Manage procurement schedules, budgets, and cost control Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers Act as the main point of contact for clients and key stakeholders Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations, building standards, and industry requirements Monitor progress, identify issues, and implement solutions to maintain delivery timelines Provide technical input across mechanical and HVAC systems Drive projects through to successful completion Candidate Requirements Proven experience in a Mechanical Project Manager role or similar Strong commercial awareness including budgeting, procurement, and cost control Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously Excellent leadership and organisational skills Strong communication and stakeholder management ability Good understanding of building regulations and compliance standards Full UK or Irish driving licence Desirable: Background in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Strong knowledge of HVAC systems Experience in mechanical installation and maintenance Relevant qualifications or certifications Whats on Offer Competitive salary (DOE) Bonus scheme (post-probation) Company pension Perks card Full uniform provided Regular company social events Free onsite parking Supportive, close-knit team environment Why Join?
