The Role Are you someone who stays calm under pressure and wants to make a real difference in people’s lives? We’re looking for a Night Support Worker to be a steady, supportive presence for young parents and their children during the overnight hours. You’ll provide hands-on support at our site, respond to emergency calls, and help coordinate safe accommodation when it’s needed most. This role is all about being there when others can’t—assessing individual needs, offering reassurance in difficult moments, and making sure families have a safe place to turn to outside of regular hours.
