We are looking for someone who:
Has the ability to teach English Language and Literature across Key Stages 3 and 4 (KS5 desirable)

Has high expectations for student achievement and behaviour
Works well as part of a team and contributes positively to department life
Is reflective, motivated and keen to develop professionally
