Restaurant Manager in Hitchin | £36,500 + Tronc & Bonus (up to £10k)
I am recruiting for an iconic high quality, venue in Hitchin. This role offers full ownership of the day-to-day operation and a clear path into senior management through their progression program.
The Package:
1. £36,500 basic + Up to 10,000 in Tronc & Bonus
2. WSET Level 1 & 2 training provided
3. Local and international supplier trips
4. wine at cost, meals on shift, and additional days off annually
5. Generous staff rates across all sites
The Role:
6. Lead, develop and mentor the front-of-house teams
7. Oversee daily operations, rotas, and training
8. Manage budgets, costs, and KPIs to maximize profitability
9. Maintain high service standards in a busy environment
10. Coordinate with the kitchen and senior management to drive growth
Requirements:
11. Current Restaurant Manager or strong Assistant Manager ready for a step up
12. Experience in busy, high-quality independent restaurant and bar environments
13. Solid commercial awareness
14. Strong knowledge of wine
