Travel Customer Services Consultant required on a part-time basis, working 22.5 hours a week for the UK's leading specialist travel company within staycation and holiday rentals, based in their Keswick Operations Office. The role involves acting as a Property Assistant to ensure guest experiences are of excellent quality and service by managing relationships with suppliers such as housekeepers, cleaners, and other third-party providers.
Responsibilities:
* Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, ensure properties meet high cleanliness standards by coordinating with third-party cleaning teams to create outstanding guest experiences.
* Maintain operational excellence across the property portfolio in and around Keswick.
* Support a team of third-party cleaners, setting and maintaining high cleaning standards and ensuring proper training.
* Address guest feedback regarding cleanliness appropriately.
* Liaise with property owners to suggest improvements.
* Manage supplies of cleaners for current and future needs.
* Use data to drive quality, efficiency, and cost improvements.

Requirements:
* Experience in customer service, housekeeping, or cleaning roles (considering first-time entrants to the travel & tourism industry)
* Full, clean UK driving license
* High attention to detail and a passion for quality

* Confidence in using data to inform decisions
