Requirements
1. Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
2. Ability to operate machinery and use hand tools safely.
3. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
4. Good physical fitness and ability to work in outdoor/plant conditions.
5. Team player with good communication skills.
6. Basic mechanical knowledge is an advantage.
7. Flexible to work shifts.
