Our client is seeking a reliable and detail-focused Warehouse Compliance & Operations Coordinator to support warehouse operations within a regulated environment.
Based in camberley
Hours: 08:30 - 17:00 monday to friday with 1 hour for lunch (37.5 hour working week)
Salary DOE: £27,000 - £30,000 per annum.
Key Responsibilities
* Compliance & GDP
* Ensure all activities comply with GDP and wholesale distribution licence requirements
* Follow SOPs and maintain accurate batch, expiry, and storage records
* Monitor cold chain temperatures and report non-conformances
* Maintain quarantine controls and inspection-ready standards
* Goods In & Stock Control
* Receive, inspect, and accurately book in deliveries
* Store stock correctly, including temperature-sensitive and controlled drugs
* Maintain accurate inventory records and support audits
* Conduct regular stock checks
* Order Fulfilment & Dispatch
* Pick, pack, and label orders accurately in line with GDP
* Prepare temperature-controlled shipments where required
* Arrange courier and pallet collections
* Ensure compliant dispatch of controlled drugs
* Health, Safety & Security
* Follow H&S policies and report hazards
* Maintain equipment and warehouse security standards
* Administration & Support
* Provide back-office support and liaise with sales and quality teams
* Maintain training compliance and support ongoing regulatory requirements
* Undertake additional duties as required
About You
* Experience in a regulated warehouse environment (pharmaceutical experience desirable)
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Good communication and teamwork abilities
* Forklift licence advantageous but not essential
