Technical Operations Manager - Disrepair, Damp & Mould Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum (dependent on experience) Location: South London Contract: Permanent, Full - Time Role Overview We are looking for a highly experienced Technical Operations Manager to lead on complex repairs areas including disrepair, damp & mould, leaks, and structural defects within a social hosuing setting. This is a technically focused role requiring strong diagnostic expertise and the ability to manage complex cases from investigation through to resolution. You will manage a team of 3-4 technical professionals and act as a subject matter expert, providing leadership, guidance, and assurance across high-risk and high-profile cases.
