Were looking for an experienced Bench Joiner to join a specialist workshop near Flitwick, producing high‑quality heritage, bespoke and restoration joinery.
You’ll be involved in a variety of workshop joinery, including windows, doors, staircases, and other bespoke or restoration‑style pieces.
Requirements
* Solid experience with windows and doors (essential)
* Appreciation for, and experience in, traditional, heritage and bespoke joinery
* Strong workmanship and attention to detail
* Motivated, reliable, and keen to take ownership of your work
* Willing to assist with pricing work when required
* Looking to become a key part of a small, driven team with big results
Pay & Progression
* £180‑£190 per day whilst temp
* Role moves onto a salaried, employed position after the initial period
* Clear progression path, with the long‑term aim for you to run the workshop, working directly beneath the Director
