Job Title: Senior HR Business Partner, Global Functions (12-month FTC)

Role Purpose:
This role provides strategic HR and commercial expertise to support Global Functions, aligning with business values and strategies to meet commercial objectives. It involves supporting the HR team for Finance and Legal globally, managing significant change initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop understanding of business drivers to support HR strategy development and delivery.
2. Lead communication and implementation of HR initiatives with Centres of Excellence.
3. Build trusted relationships with senior leaders and act as a strategic partner.
4. Influence and coach leaders, fostering a high-performance culture.
5. Support talent attraction, development, and retention strategies.
6. Collaborate with talent teams for effective planning.
7. Drive performance development and feedback culture.
8. Understand organizational capabilities and develop HR strategies accordingly.
9. Contribute to financial planning and budgeting.
10. Advise on organizational change initiatives.
11. Use data and insights for decision-making and measuring initiatives.
12. Focus HR investments on high-value activities.
13. Ensure operational HR support is accessible and promotes self-service.
Qualifications + Skills:
Seeking a passionate HR professional with a strategic, proactive mindset, experienced in leading HR functions across talent, performance, change, and reward. Proven ability to manage large change programs, organizational design, and coaching leaders across cultures. Strong employment law knowledge is essential.
