Full Time / Part Time - Seasonal Lifeguard (Full Training Provided)
About the Role
GBP12.21 FOR ALL AGES - 16+
If you have a previous lifeguard qualification, that's great, but we will also provide training and put you through your NPLQ course to start your career in lifeguarding.
Our lifeguards ensure guests have a safe and enjoyable experience in our Splash Waterworld, keeping safety as our top priority. This role requires excellent attention to detail, interaction with guests, and providing exceptional customer service. You will promote and run poolside activities to create memorable experiences.
The contracts range from 8 to 35 hours per week, depending on your residence on or off resort. Start dates are available from now through September, ideal for students!
Availability for a mix of midweek, weekend, and evening shifts is required.
About You
You should be confident, friendly, and able to engage with people of all ages. A strong swimmer with great attention to safety is essential. Reliability, flexibility, and punctuality are key, as you'll sometimes supervise areas alone.
If selected, you will need to pass a swim test including a 50m swim in under 75 seconds, treading water, surface diving, and exiting the pool unaided. Parental permission is required for applicants under 18.
