Our Supply Chain and Manufacturing team are problem-solvers, sourcing, producing, and delivering our much-loved brands to delight customers around the globe. About the role
As a Supplier Audit Specialist, you’ll play a key part in protecting product integrity, supporting reliable supply, and driving continuous improvement across our supplier ecosystem. You’ll apply your audit expertise, analytical capability and collaborative mindset to ensure suppliers consistently meet our governance, quality and regulatory expectations.
What You’ll Do
Lead Supplier Audits
1. Plan, execute and close risk‑based audits across suppliers, sites and categories.
2. Identify issues, prioritise risks and guide suppliers through corrective action plans.
3. Embed audit insights into management systems to strengthen performance and reduce risk.
Support Governance, Compliance & Quality Standards
4. Ensure suppliers meet global standards, policies and regulatory obligations.
5. Translate governance requirements into practical, site‑level actions.
6. Support implementation of global frameworks such as GRMS, ISO and food safety systems.
Turn Data Into Insight
7. Gather, analyse and visualise supplier and audit data to identify trends and opportunities.
8. Produce KPI reports and performance dashboards that inform decision‑makers.
9. Contribute to digital improvements and automation of supplier assurance processes.
Drive Continuous Improvement
10. Apply problem‑solving and continuous improvement tools to enhance supplier performance.
11. Participate in or lead root‑cause investigations to address systemic issues.
12. Support process simplification, standardisation and efficiency enhancements.
Build Supplier Capability & Influence Performance
13. Coach suppliers on compliance expectations and quality standards.
14. Support readiness for audits, HACCP reviews and quality system improvements.
15. Strengthen supplier relationships and foster a culture of accountability and collaboration.
Collaborate Across Functions
16. Work closely with Quality, Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics and Governance partners.
17. Share insights across markets and support implementation of global programmes.
18. Challenge underperformance and help create alignment across diverse stakeholders.
What You’ll Bring
19. A degree in governance, quality, food safety, engineering, science or related field
20. Proven experience in supplier auditing, manufacturing, quality or supply chain
21. Knowledge of HACCP, ISO standards or similar frameworks (auditor training is a plus)
22. Strong analytical, data literacy and reporting skills
23. Experience with lean, TPM, RCPS or similar problem‑solving tools
24. Excellent communication and influencing skills
25. The ability to collaborate, challenge, coach and build confidence with suppliers and internal teams
