Position: Junior Office Manager
A private investment management company based in Mayfair is seeking a Junior Office Manager. This is a fully office-based role with hours from 8:00am to 6:00pm, Monday to Friday.
Minimum Requirements:
* Degree with a 2:1 or above from a Russell Group or Oxbridge University
* 3 A-level grades, all A or higher
* Grade 7 or higher in GCSE Mathematics
Responsibilities:
1. General office management and maintenance
2. Managing office suppliers
3. Arranging travel for staff
4. Managing reception and greeting clients and visitors
5. Handling incoming mail and booking meeting rooms
6. Supporting Directors with personal admin tasks
7. Providing holiday cover for the Executive Assistant
8. Planning team events
9. Ordering office supplies and arranging daily lunches
Skills and Qualities:
* Proficiency in MS Office
* Attention to detail
* Team player with strong communication skills
* Ability to prioritize tasks and assist where needed
Additional Requirements:
* Complete a personality test, online maths test, and a trial day at the office
