Working Pattern: Monday - Friday, 8-hour shifts between 07:00 and 21:00

Hourly Rate: £13.36
We are seeking a Food Host who enjoys engaging with customers and delivering high-quality food and drink experiences across our campus.
This role focuses on creating welcoming, enjoyable interactions while preparing and serving food and drink in a live, customer-facing environment.
As a Food Host, you will combine strong service skills with confidence and enthusiasm to support a range of food and drink experiences. You will interact with customers throughout the preparation and service process, helping to create an experience that goes beyond standard service.
The Role
1. Ensure the food and drink offer is the first choice for customers seeking refreshment
2. Receive, process, prepare and deliver food and drink orders and experiences
3. Engage with customers through conversation during live food and drink preparation
4. Maintain clean, safe and organised service and back-of-house areas
5. Deliver an experience that goes beyond basic service standards
6. Stay up to date with food and drink trends and share insights with your manager
7. Demonstrate strong product knowledge and make informed recommendations to customers
8. Support a variety of service styles, including pop-ups, room hosting and beverage service
About You
9. Fantastic customer service skills with a desire to develop further
10. A social, welcoming personality with the ability to engage professionally with a wide range of customers
11. A team player who can also work confidently and independently
12. Considerate and proactive, with a willingness to support others
13. Proven experience as a Food Host or Catering Assistant (ideally)
14. Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
