Permanent Part Time HR Director - 3 days per week - retail/FMCG
3 days per week in the East London office
120-135k FTE + bonus and bens
Your new companyA rapidly growing international organisation is seeking a senior HR leader to shape its long-term people agenda and drive strategic transformation. Operating across multiple regions, the business is entering an exciting phase of expansion and is looking for a commercially minded, forward-thinking HR professional to support the next stage of its journey.
Your new roleAs the organisation's most senior HR figure, you will work directly with the Board to design and deliver a People Strategy that enables high growth over the next 2 years, strengthens capability, and safeguards the business through strong HR governance. You will lead the full HR function, influence key strategic decisions, and oversee all people-related operations across both UK and international sites.This role provides strategic HR direction at the highest level. You will ensure the organisation has the right people, systems, and culture in place to deliver its long-term business plan while protecting it from employment risks across all operating regions.Key Responsibilities
* Shape and deliver a commercially aligned People & HR Strategy.
* Develop a robust Resourcing Strategy to improve retention and reduce recruitment costs.
* Lead talent management, performance frameworks, succession planning and engagement initiatives.
* Provide expert employment law advice to senior leaders, identifying risks and anticipating legislative change.
* Lead, develop and motivate the HR team to ensure high performance and operational excellence.
* Design leadership development, management training and capability-building programmes.
* Apply strong knowledge of international HR practices, labour regulations and cultural dynamics.
